BODY REDESIGNING's Body Type Workout DVD,  - Exercise for your body type.The body type workout DVD is designed to help you reach your genetic potential by following a program that has been designed specifically for your body genetics or body type. Pear Shape, Apple Shape, and Banana Shape are all included on this DVD.

Exercising according to your body type produces faster results, makes exercising more productive, more enjoyable and less time consuming.

In this 20 minute work out,  Dr. Joseph Christiano is your personal trainer. He will keep you motivated while exercising along with you.   Just follow his cadance and you will be on your way to redesigning your body.  Enjoy the 'pop-ups' in each workout with interesting and helpful tips and tidbits of information on Dr. Joe and other very interesting topics. You can experience your own personalized exercise program in the privacy of your home and all you need is a couple pair of dumbbells and a flat bench.   ( You can even use the floor if you don't have a bench)

For simplicity purposes there are 3 categories of body types, The PEAR body type, the APPLE body type and the BANANA body type.

Determining your body type is just a matter of knowing where you carry most of your weight and if you should gain weight, where does most of the weight go?

How To Determine Your Body Type - 

THE PEAR Shape - you would be larger in the Hips, Thighs and Buttocks.
THE APPLE Shape- you would be larger in the Upper Body, Tummy and Waist area.   You would have thin looking legs.
THE BANANA  Shape- Both Upper and Lower Body.   You could look a little blocky or thin and straight up and down.

All 3 workouts are included on the DVD.
THE PEAR Shape, THE APPLE Shape and THE BANANA Shape.  All of the workouts are compatible for the beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.
